This is June 10th 2012.
It has been a while, since I have written on my blog.
This past Saturday, I had three of the cookiekids, Allison, Toni, and Eisabeth  came and learnd how to make a pie. It was a lot of fun, and they did great. I didn't have any pie tins so we made a pie with out a pan.
The girls rolled out their own dough, and shaped it in the way the pie would be.
Now, they helped with the filling for the pie. (I don't know who had the most fun Me or them).
The next day, I had a couple of the boys came and wanted to know, when they get to come and bake, with me. and take them to Dairy Queen, just like I took the  girls.
This has been a great experience, with the cookie Kids.
As I and Michael, thought about it. It would fun to teach the children, how to cook and have fun doing
it.

Saturday January8th. 2012.

This day is cookie day, when the children looks for the cookie sign, so they can get a little bag of cookie's. But this day, the children came to the door and wanted to see if the cookie's were done yet.
I had fallen the day befor, and I had taken a fall and hurt my shoulder, and may back. and That Mike had to help; me make the cookie's.
We had some orange's, so we gave each a orange. The children were fine with that, but they came back
as the cookie, were comming out of the oven, so we told them to come back, after they have their lunch.
Well they came back 30 min. later.
The cookies were done, and they came and got them.
Then they came back agin to ask if they could help Mr. Kline, make more cookies.
Theise beutiful children, I love very much. They have been such a delite, I know, they love me,
I love them.

Drew's Wedding

It is hard to believe that our grandson, Drew, has been married a month.  It seems like only yesterday that I put Christine on an airplane in Arkansas for the trip out to San Diego to make the cake.  Christine and Katie made the cakes, judged them and found them unsatisfactory:

So they started over.  When they were satisfied, they packed up the cakes in coolers with special shelving made by Rob.  Then they drove to Phoenix.

Meanwhile, Mike drove all the way from Bentonville to Phoenix.  We set up shop in the Hilton Homewood Suites.  It was perfect because it had a full kitchen, including a full size refrigerator.

Then we delivered the cake

 and enjoyed the wedding

Cupcakes

Today is a cold day,and we have snow.  The snow is ok, but it is to cold for me.
Yesterday I made some cupcake's and they turned out awful, and I didn't like them at all. But Mike said, give them to the kids and they will love them. Well if I didn't like them, the kids wouldn't like them. So tomorrow , I thought I would make some cookies.I know that they will like them.
